. This is the most wonderful husband I could ever imagine! Kind, altruistic, humorous, sexy, fun, and oh! so smart! My idols since childhood are Robert Duvall and Groucho Marx -- and my husband lwas like a cross between them! He was a retired general surgeon, graduated from Yale, Mayo, etc. Top honors at top places. But he died in 1999. . |

My favorite subject is my husband! The first time I saw him he was playing a doctor in a local theater production, and I became enamored with the handsome, distinguished, excellent-postured man! The next chance that I came into contact with him was discovered AFTER we had been dating a while. He was running informative, hip ads in the local newspaper guiding teenagers on current issues. In teeney tiny print at the bottom of the ads it mentioned any financial contribution could be sent to... It turned out I was the ONLY person to send in a contribution! The next time I happened upon him was during an interview for a nursing scholarship. Prior to the interview, I went to the library and researched him, and discovered he had written several books. I quickly and delightedly read these books, and sorta fell in love with him and his mind from his talent at expressing himself. I also was very touched by his personal quote in "Who's Who." I didn't realize he was the actor I had seen years before. On the day of the interview I attended a college class in the morning, and the thymus gland was mentioned. I forgot what its function was, so I went to the library to refresh my memory. Guess what the first interview question was! "What's the thymus gland?" Now was our love meant to be, or what?!?!? Another interesting note is that George means "farmer" and Teresa means "harvest"... |
