Please join the Habitat team and help more of our neighbors achieve the American dream of building and purchasing their own homes. Habitat builds houses with no profit and charges no interest on mortgages to make houses affordable for our low income partner families. Your Friends of Habitat gift of $10 or more per month, combined with annual gifts of $120 or more by 1,000 other Friends of Habitat, will help four more neighbor families become homeowners every year with the help of Habitat volunteers.  Because Otero Habitat sends 10 percent of donations to help our sister Habitat affiliate at Lake Bustillos, Chihuahua, your Friends of Habitat gift will also help achieve the Habitat vision of eliminating sub-standard housing world-wide.
