This year we decided to drive the 560SL. The weather
was very nice, warm but a little windy by the end of the run.
About 30 other vehicles participated and we all had a great time
driving around the area stopping at four designated checkpoints
to get a poker card. Trophies were awarded for the top three
poker hands, and several door prizes were also given out. The
BBQ afterwards is always nice, plenty of food and soft drinks
were available. The proceeds benefit the NMSU chapter of the
SAE.
