Windshield Wiper Arm Removal

Since we seldom use the windshield wipers - hey, it is sunny 360 days a year and we don't take the Prowler out if it is raining or threating to rain, Norm decided to remove them and cover the hardware that was still remaining. So he drilled a hole in a freeze plug, placed it on the bolt stem, put the nut back on and put a bolt cap on the nut - there you have it! Of course, since the area in the front of the windshield was black Norm sprayed the plug and bolt cap flat black to make it blend in. Just in case, the wiper arms are stored in the trunk with a wrench for quick replacement.
