Norm decided that the grill would look good lit up, so he started looking around for a light and how he would secure it. He found a 15" red neon light with plug that did the trick. You can buy them at PepBoys or AutoZone. He made a couple of brackets out of sheet metal and secured the brackets with an existing bolt just above the battery. Bolted the light to the fabricated brackets and ran the wire behind the side panel up to the footwell inside the passenger compartment. Had to cut the wire, plug was too big to run through the fire wall and needed a couple more feet of wire. When done, just plug it into the Power Outlet, and you are ready to light the grill up. |
