Several SL Club members joined approximately 100 other car
enthusiasts to participate in the 9th Annual Mesilla Valley Mustang
Club Poker Run. Everyone gathered at Mike Day's 'The Body Works'
at noon, the event got started about 1 pm and everyone was back
by 2 pm. The weather was a little overcast with a slight breeze
but otherwise a great day for a drive around the Mesilla Valley.
Afterwards plaques were awarded to the top three poker hands.
A great number of door prizes were also handed out and plenty
of food and sodas were available at the BBQ. The great thing
about this event is it is open to all motor vehicle enthusiasts.
