DIRECTION OF ELF-VLF ENERGY VERIFIED

The direction from which the maximum VLF-ELF energy originates has been verified from this location, and it is in accordance with the expectation that the magnetic field lines of the earth are the primary carriers of this energy. A measurement test has been conducted with the loop directional antenna, and the results show that the maximum level of energy is received in the direction from magnetic north to magnetic south.  It is anticipated and predicted that this same finding will occur from other locations in the nation and from around the globe. Research and analysis indicates that the HAARP facility is an increasingly likely candidate as a source of these emissions and energy.

The following statement from the 1987 patent by Bernard Eastlund, generally regarded as an accurate template for the HAARP project, is again presented as being especially relevant to the above finding:

"This invention relates to a method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region normally existing above the earth's surface and more particularly relates to a method and apparatus for altering said at least one region by initially transmitting electromagnetic radiation from the earth's surface essentially parallel to and along naturally-occurring, divergent magnetic field lines which extend from the earth's surface through the region or regions to be altered."

Additional information from a textbook on radio astronomy, although of a technical nature, is also important to understand why this test has been conducted:

If an electromagnetic wave travels through a plasma, there is a response by electrons at that same frequency.  In addition, these electrons are further affected by any static magnetic field, e.g., the earth's magnetic field (DC).  This magnetic field will cause the electrons to travel in curved, circular or helical paths, depending upon the orientation of the magnetic field.  If the electromagnetic wave happens to be circularly polarized, the amplitude of the electron response will depend upon the direction of the magnetic field.  Please refer to "An Introduction to Radio Astronomy", by Bernard Burke, Cambridge University Press, 2002 for additional information on this topic.

And lastly, the repeated references within the Eastlund patent to the HAARP transmissions of circularly polarized electromagnetic energy demonstrates the relevance of the test that has been completed:

"The region is excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating of electrons which are already present and/or artificially created in the region....this is done by transmitting circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation from the earth's surface... where a naturally occurring dipole magnetic field (force) line intersects the earth's surface.

A knowledge of cyclotron resonance (especially of physiologically important ions), circular polarization and HAARP  technology will be of increasing importance to understand in relation to the aerosol operations.

All citizens are requested to become familiar with the following briefing paper.  The paper is written by Dennis Papadopoulos, Physics Department, of the University of Maryland, in connection with the Eisenhower Institute.  The paper is in a .pdf format, and is entitled "Satellite Threat Due to High Altitude Nuclear Detonations". The paper outlines a method that employs the use of ELF propagation from the HAARP transmitter as a means to protect satellites from the effects of nuclear explosions at altitude.  All constituents of this system are identified as primary research topics of the aerosol operations.  Readers, researchers, citizens and activists are encouraged to become familiar with the conceptual basis of this briefing, and to disseminate this paper.  Please devote special attention to the final pages of the report.  The posting of this information is not meant in any way to impart finality or singularity of purpose to the aerosol operations; to the contrary, numerous applications have been identified as being feasible under the modified state of the atmosphere that now exists.  As an example, biological operations, environmental modifications, alternative weapon systems and applications are not a consideration within this report. It can be demonstrated that the introduction of essentially any metallic or metallic salt aerosol into the lower atmosphere will have the effect of heating up that lower atmosphere. The impact is both significant and measurable. Those that seek and express concern on the so called global warming problem might wish to begin their search with an inquiry into the thermodynamics of artificially introduced metallic aerosols into the lower atmosphere. The direct injection of massive amounts of particulate matter by aircraft into the atmosphere for more than five years establishes the foundation for this inquiry. An examination of the specific heat characteristics of an altered atmosphere will provide the path for the realistic conclusions that can be made.

Any claim that the aerosol operations represent a mitigating influence on the global warming problem appears to be a complete facade that is in direct contradiction to the fundamental principles of physics and thermodynamics. The lack of candor and honesty by government, media and environmental protection agencies in response to public inquiry is further evidence of the fictitious fronts that have been proposed. It is past time to recognize that one of the primary effects of the dense aerosols that now permanently mar the lifeblood of this planet is the heating up of the very atmosphere that we breathe.

The early stage of the current argument for global heating and the aggravation of drought conditions was proposed approximately two years ago¹. The benefit of the current study is that an estimate of the magnitude of the heat influence upon the atmosphere can now be made. Those that continue to claim that a benevolent, but necessarily secret, enterprise to protect the planet with a blanket of purportedly heat reflective aerosols in the lower atmosphere exists will need to provide the primary evidence of that claim. That claim will need to be justified with solid physical principles and observation. Hypothetical research models that are under discussion and rationalization, such as the Teller proposal, are more appropriate to the outer reaches of the planet and space. These proposals do not explain the deposition of massive amounts of hygroscopic aerosols into the lower atmosphere.

The recent media attention to the dramatic and accelerating climatic changes will hopefully be extended to the fundamental principles that are expressed within this report.

The mathematics, physical principles and thermodynamics of this argument will be made available on a separate entry.

Opening Remarks:

This page contains a model that attempts to describe the kinetic energy that can be accumulated within a plasma state.  A plasma is an electrically conductive gas; considerable evidence now exists that our atmosphere now exists in that state as a result of the aerosol operations that have been conducted openly without consent for more than five years. The model is based upon an examination of plasma physics and the propagation of electromagnetic energy within a plasma state.

This result leads to some apparently realistic estimates of the impact upon the environment from the injection of metallic aerosols of low work function in sufficient density to produce electron conversion from sunlight. One earlier study²⁵, entitled Air Quality Data Requires Public Scrutiny, dated Aug 27, 2001 derived an estimate of a concentration level of 59ugms /m3 based upon visibility studies at lower elevations. An additional study²⁶, entitled Microscopic Particle Count Study New Mexico 1996-1999 (March 23, 2000) of particulate matter from the highest quality air monitoring stations of New Mexico (PM2.5 capability) produces similar results that raise issue with the particulate trends within the atmosphere. The satisfaction and enforcement of EPA air quality standards, or the lack thereof, exists as an obvious and current environmental issue. The particulate density estimates of this section are used indirectly within the model under development, and they are used as a means of feasibility analysis.

(blurb taken from the above link)........The model now assumes the presence of additional free electrons that exist as a result of photon to electron conversion as a result of metallic aerosol injection. These free electrons exist above and beyond the normal electron density of the atmosphere. The normal atmosphere has an increase in electron density with altitude; this increase is dramatic and results in the unusual electrical properties of the ionosphere. The introduction of electrons at high altitude from the photoelectric effect within the model will have an opposing effect; electron density will be high at altitude and decrease significantly in the direction of the earth. The rationale for this decrease lies in the exponential decay law of light intensity²⁷, as has also been discussed in visibility studies presented on this site²⁸.

All atomic and electronic technologies -- from household appliances to nuclear weapons -- radiate energetic particles. While the immediate impacts of human-caused electromagnetic pollution are generally imperceptible, the long-term consequences for the biosphere can be profound.

In 1988, OMNI magazine raised concerns about the environmental consequences of a bizarre electromagnetic invention. According to OMNI, ARCO, the US oil giant, found itself wondering what to do with the estimated 30 trillion cubic feet of natural gas that it hoped to extract from Alaska's North Slope. While this was enough energy to supply the US for a year, the gas fields were too far from any potential customers. ARCO concluded that it would be too expensive to liquefy the gas and ship it thousands of miles to urban centers. What was needed was a client that wanted access to vast amounts of energy on-site -- in the wilds of Alaska.

Bernard Eastland, an MIT and Columbia University physicist with eight years experience with the Atomic Energy Commission, came to the rescue with an extraordinary plan to use the energy "at the point of production."

Eastland, who soon became president of ARCO's Production Technologies International Company in Houston, proposed burning the vast Alaskan gas fields to power a huge electric generator. The resulting power would be directed into a huge antenna complex, 40 miles on a side. The antennae would be used to focus an intense beam of electromagnetic energy into the upper atmosphere where it would collide with the ionosphere to create a phenomenon called the "mirror force." Eastland was granted a US Patent (# 4,686,605) for this invention on August 11, 1987.

"You can virtually lift part of the upper atmosphere," Eastland told OMNI, "You can make it move, do things to it." One of the tricks Eastland envisioned involved "surgically" distorting the ionosphere to disrupt global communications. Pushing the upper atmosphere around might also generate high-altitude "drag" that could heat and deflect enemy missiles or surround them with "high-energy electrons" that might cause the missiles to detonate in mid-trajectory.

The proposal appealed to the Pentagon, which invested several hundred thousand dollars "evaluating" Eastland's work. Eastland maintained that there were "peaceful" uses for his technology. In one scenario, he explained how beams of electromagnetic power could lift portions of the upper atmosphere and redirect the jetstream to alter global weather patterns. Using "plumes of atmospheric particles to act as a lens or focusing device," Eastland proposed redirecting sunlight and heat to different parts of the Earth's surface, making it possible to manipulate wind patterns, cause rainstorms in Ethiopia, drive hurricanes out of the Caribbean, incinerate airborne industrial pollution and sew up the hole in the Antarctic ozone layer.

"Because the upper atmosphere is extremely sensitive to small changes in its composition," OMNI cautioned, "merely testing an Eastland Device could cause irreversible damage."

The heart of the program will be the development of a unique high frequency (HF) ionospheric heating capability to conduct the pioneering experiments required under the program.

Applications

An exciting and challenging aspect of ionospheric enhancement is its potential to control ionospheric processes in such a way as to greatly improve the performance of C3 systems. A key goal of the program is the identification and investigation of those ionospheric processes and phenomena that can be exploited for DOD purposes, such as those outlined below.

Generation of ELF waves in the 70-150 Hz band to provide communications to deeply submerged submarines. A program to develop efficient ELF generation techniques is planned under the DOD ionospheric enhancement program.

Geophysical probing to identify and characterize natural ionospheric processes that limit the performance of C3 systems, so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them. Generation of ionospheric lenses to focus large amounts of HF energy at high altitudes in the ionosphere, thus providing a means for triggering ionospheric processes that potentially could be exploited for DOD purposes.

Electron acceleration for the generation of IR and other optical emissions, and to create additional ionization in selected regions of the ionosphere that could be used to control radio wave - propagation properties.

Generation of geomagnetic-field aligned ionization to control the reflection/scattering properties of radio waves.

Oblique heating to produce effects on radio wave propagation at great distances from a HF heater, thus broadening the potential military applications of ionospheric enhancement technology.

Generation of ionization layers below 90 km to provide, radio wave reflectors (mirrors) which can be exploited for long range, over-the-horizon, HF/VHF/UHF surveillance purposes, including the detection of cruise missiles and other low observables.

Desired HF Heater Characteristics

A new, unique, HF heating facility is required to address the broad range of issues identified above. However, in order to have a useful facility at various stages of its development, it is important that the heater be constructed in a modular manner, such that its effective-radiated-power can be increased in an efficient, cost effective manner as resources become available.

Effective-Radiated-Powers (ERP) in Excess of 1 Gigawatt

One gigawatt of effective-radiated-power represents an important threshold power level, over which significant wave generation and electron acceleration efficiencies can be achieved, and other significant heating effects can be expected.

Broad HF Frequency Range

The desired heater would have a frequency range from around 1 MHz to about 15 MHz, thereby allowing a wide range of ionospheric processes to be investigated.

April 08, 2008 posting #1 ... over past weeks and months i have been tracking stories regarding "damage control" within the US computing industry and congress even held a special closed door meeting to ascertain the vulnerability of secure computer systems from banking to military to NSA/CIA etc etc ... the end result ... they have NO CLUE ... and rightly so since the encryption codes were placed in any and every place and no one kept track of their locations or what they did etc etc etc ... and even if their locations and design implementations were known ... in most cases there would have been no way to change them since many were locked in the hardware while others were entangled in spaghetti code too complex with the original designs long since forgotten to even begin to attempt to correct the problem ... many people wondered why i released the "Calculate Primes" book with the prime number solution problem the way that i did ... it was to assure that this work reached the world wide audience since in the US military and intelligence community ... if left to the clowns that run the inner circle ... they would have covered up the fact that any third grader with astute math background could now break large prime number based encryption codes and SO COULD ANY FOREIGN ENTITY ... it was ultimately important that this information be released and made public so that the "intel" crews could not cover up the fact that all secure computing ... both hardware and software including our fleet of satellites - our missile systems - aircraft and ship guidance systems etc etc etc ... were all out there with their pants down to the ground ... since they all bought into the myth that prime number encryption codes were infallible ... more on this soon ... jim mccanney

Even darker waters: the U.S. Biological Warfare Program.
There are two real categories of weapons of mass destruction - nuclear and biological weapons. I suggest the NewSpeak phrase "weapons of mass destruction" be flushed down the toilet. There are nuclear and biological weapons and chemical weapons. The specifics do matter.

The U.S. biowarfare program began in 1942 when executives from Merck Pharmaceuticals, public academics, and Army Chemical Corps officers all sat down to discuss the use of bioweapons and poisons in warfare. The British had been the leaders in this area (recall poison gases were heavily used by both German and British sides in WW I).

It grew to gigantic proportions over the years - a kind of dark shadow of the nuclear program that was far more public. For every large nuclear test, there was an equally large biowarfare test. Entire islands were bombarded with weaponized anthrax, tularemia, - the whole story is told by THE BIOLOGY OF DOOM - The History of America's Secret Germ Warfare Project. - By Ed Regis. (1999)

It was supposed to have been wrapped up in 1969 - but only the "offensive biowarfare program" (the Army apparently accidentally gassed a bunch of sheep somewhere near Utah's Dugway Proving Ground) but then the Soviets got ideas. From 1972 until the fall of the USSR, they created a truly massive biowarfare program. They had cruise missiles that would deliver a steady blanket of powdered anthrax over gigantic regions - hundreds of square miles. They pursued this path because they felt it was a cheaper alternative to nuclear weapons.

In 1999 many people thought it had all ended, and that sanity had prevailed.

Now we come to the US Army Defense Intelligence Agency and the world's largest private research firm, Battelle Memorial Institute - and we find that these guys are still actively engaged in biowarfare research.

By far the most probable source of the anthrax used in the Fall 2001 attacks is a Battelle lab, and while a very small number of people may have been responsible, the FBI was prevented from investigating them; the head of the Amerithrax case was replaced and a false lead to Stephen Hatfill was pursued, while the real culprits got away scot free.

So, forget about RAND - they're tiny compared to Battelle. Blackwater is a rank little outfit compared to Battelle, who is truly massive and also completely unreported on by the so-called "left". Battelle is the scientific heart of the nuclear-biological warfare complex in the United States - and yet most people have no idea they exist, even though they are the world's largest private research firm.

This really is the darkest of the dark subjects. The deliberate use of infectious disease as a weapon against civilian populations - it really doesn't get much worse than that, does it?

Yes, Dark, terribly dark, and getting darker every day as their "products" are in wide use right now, and if not already filling the air around you, look forward to a more localized theatre of operations to be opening soon......

Have you seen any of the reportings of the verified-- nano particulate heavy metals, aluminum, barium, various toxic chemicals, fungal, bacterial, and viral pathogens, plus bio-engineered pathogens, Bio-Active Crystalline Cationic Polymers, (and, and, and,......) --ingredients, all at least micro-, if not nano- miniaturized and sprayed for the past several years (now much stepped up in both production & distribution) by USAF planes into the sky right over our heads?  They have so much of this pumped into our atmosphere now that the atmosphere itself functions as a "plasma" in the terms of physics.  As a plasma, it resonates well to the tunes played by HAARP.
