focus with intention on world peace and the victory of Truth
over falsehood, Light over Darkness. Join in Spirit with men
and women of goodwill and with the Angels, Devas, Masters,
Spiritual Guides and Teachers of Love during this particularly
powerful period of time, in this extraordinarily potent time of
great human, national, international and planetary need.

This effort welcomes all peoples of goodwill, inclusive of all faiths
and cultures, to participate; each in their own accustomed manner as
is most naturally effective for each, whether sitting singly or in groups,
a richly colored full spectrum of humanity, unified through good-willing
dedicated purposefulness. The many worldwide, together a great chorus
of resounding harmony speaking as one voice in a most sincere and
deeply resonating call to permeate the Earth, penetrating and filling all
with Unconditional, All Inclusive Universal Light, Love and Power-- that
all eyes will See, All Ears will Hear, all Hearts will Know, in compassionate
lucidity, the Light of Truth.

At the moment of the Full Moon, Invocation in Full voiced mass intent
For 2 days after the Festival, disseminating, distributing, focusing the
the power infusing each, to groups actively working for
GoodWill, Love, Light and the Power that IS
Lasting Peace

Where: Wherever you are right then, knowing that great numbers are also

each participating then, right there where they are, all together at once
from all over the world, a powerful gathering of voices as one.

Why: To disburse and disempower the gathering darkness that has
been 'empowered' by manipulatively crafted, massively produced,
heavily reinforced, widespead, fearfully projected,
unchecked dishonesty; separatism.
To eliminate the gathering clouds of war!
To Heal our Earth and establish peace, goodwill, and right human relations.

Love empowers compassion's deeper, ever more inclusive comprehension,
increasing one's natural resonance with Peace.
Light streaming into the mind, once it becomes more familiar than fascinating,
increases the capacity to See Truth then Recognize Truth Seen, gradually
processing more Light into Being until that experience-forged natural radiance
itself spontaneously "shines the Light of Truth". At this point, Light established in
Being, through experience, can stand unwaveringly in protection of Lasting Peace.

Love and Light combined provide for the necessary sustenance of Lasting Peace.
There is a need to invoke, to incorporate, to radiate ever more Love and Light for
the empowerment, sustenance and protection of Lasting Peace. Much of humanity
still looks to others dependently, to define and dictate the Truth for them. Without
Light cumulatively processed and incorporated to Stand In Being, humanity is too
vulnerable to any silver-plated forked tongue manipulating Truth into falsehood for
personal gain. The unwitting can readily be convincingly confused into believing
something harmul to Peace would be helpful. There is no greedy corporate profit
to be gained from Lasting Peace. We must build a good foundation upon which
Peace CAN be Lasting. Let us join together, each where we are, yet as one great
resounding voice, invoking Love and Light into the minds and hearts of humanity.

Filled with Love and Light, Become Love and Light, BE.
Being Love and Light, we freely conduct and distribute the Will of All Good.
Without danger of personally wielding "power", we are Free to Let the Power
that is the Will of All Good flow freely through us, unamed, untrammeled,
unmuted, freely penetrating the Earth and all upon her potently, infusing,
irradiating all.

Love, Light and Power, as The Will of All Good
conducting All Good through "YOU", the "ALL" in Us, as One in All.

. --Our massed intent in harmony of participation with/in/through
    The Festival of GoodWill, a Sustainment of Oneness Worldwide,
     ALL as ONE resounding, invoking, assimilating, distributing
     simultaneously, the Will of All Good.

                   Letting Be, Letting Through,
                   Together BEING True
                             PEACE.

Together we can eliminate fear, war, hunger,
injustice, materialism, selfishness, and all the ills that plague
our Earth. They have promised us that the Good, the True, and
the Beautiful are on their way. We must call them in by increasing
our resonance with and recognition of the Good, the True and the
Beautiful, within each our selves and throughout the 'body of humanity',
providing a suitable, magnetically attractive abode for these qualities
to be at home. This is no idle dream but is achievable as we all
join together in our hundreds of millions worldwide.

The World Festival of Goodwill is the culmination of the triplicity
of World Festivals celebrating and invoking the 3 Aspects of
Universal Diety, The One in Three and Three in One,
Universal Love/Easter, Universal Light/Wesak
Universal Will/The Festival of Goodwill
(aka: The Festival of Humanity)
it is a time for contacting and
using loving, lighted and
powerful energies
for planetary
Good.
