Building Specifications
  • 3- 4"x6" treated skids
  • 2"x4" treated floor joists with 12" spacing
  • 3/4" exterior plywood on the floor
  • 2''x4'' wall and roof framing throughout.
  • 1/2'' exterior plywood on walls and roof
  • Preprimed masonite siding on all walls
  • 30lb. felt paper and 20 year shingles on the roof
  • Floor joist held to skids with 20 gauge sheet metal
  • All exterior joints are caulked
  • All exterior surfaces are primed and painted with exterior grade paint.
