New Mexico Workshop-Vacation
with Ann Simonsen (painters &
non-painters)
The Galisteo Inn
Spend the week photographing, horseback riding or simply relaxing by the
pool. Galisteo was first a Spanish colonial outpost; built on the ruins
of an ancient Indian pueblo. Today it is the home to many artists and
writers.
When: July 20-27, 2002
Where: The Galiteo Inn in Galisteo, New Mexico , is 23 miles southeast
of Santa Fe.
Cost: $1200 (non-painters $1100.00)
Deadline: A deposit check of $100 is due no later than June 1, 2002 to
reserve a space in this workshop.
Cost Includes
The cost includes seven nights lodging with breakfast (based on double
occupancy) at the Galisteo Inn. There will be five days of art
instruction (4 hours each day in the mornings) with demos and critiques,
(lunches included). "ALSO" - One full day, and one half day, gallery
hopping in Santa Fe.
Cost does not include
Transportation to and from Galisteo, New Mexico. (Flying into Albuquerque or Santa Fe is recommended). Dinners and art supplies are also not included. (The Inn serves delicious dinners five nights, weekly).

Some Details
This workshop is for beginners to advanced students. Students are
encouraged to work in any medium they prefer, and should bring supplies
with them.
Instructor:
Ann Simonsen has over 25 years experience in art instruction
and major focus on the development of fine art skills in the various
medias, and the nurturing of individual expression.
