- Cindy Rogers, CPE, RE, has owned and operated A Soft Touch Electrolysis for 10 years. She holds a Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration and has attended nursing school. She is a graduate of the Arizona Institute of Electrolysis in
Phoenix. Cindy is a registered and licensed electrologist with the State of New Mexico, and has been awarded the title of
Certified Professional Electrologist by the American Electrology Association. Cindy is the only electrologist in the Las
Cruces area to be awarded this credential. She is also a member of the International Guild of Professional Electrologists.
