The Town of Mesilla welcomes the vendors who will be participating in the Border Book Festival Trade Show Libros Y Más on Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6, 2003. the community is both honored and excited to have the festival here.

As a vendor in the festival, you are required to collect and then to report to Mesilla gross receipts taxes on all sales made during the festival. To do so, you will need a set of CRS 1 forms and a New Mexico tax identification number (NM CRS ID No.). If you have a CRS ID No. that you used in the past to report taxes made in another New Mexico municipality, you will not need to get another one. Please enter that number on your Festival Vendor Registration Form. If you do not have a CRS ID No., please see below.

Note: we are currently unable to accept credit cards. The information you enter in this form will be sent to our office. You will still need to print the form and mail a copy with your payment. Please make your check payable to The Border Book Festival.

Vendors are responsible for their booth and display. For those vendors who would like to have equipment provided locally, the BBF has an agreement with Rent-X of Las Cruces. Let us know if you need this service.

Set up time is Friday, April 4 from 1 to 4 PM on the Plaza. The BBF will provide security including Friday and Saturday nights.
