The Border Book Festival had its first storytelling night druing the 7th Annual Border Book Festival in 2001. This inaugural event featured local storytellers such as Rabbi Gerald Kane, Judith Baca, Linda and Ed Ostrander, Terry Alvarez, Ron Lautenbach and Sarah Addison. In 2002, featured storytellers included Gregorio Pedroza, Jackie Arispe, Dana Harr, George Mendoza, and Teresa Finkley.
This year, we are delighted to have a Storytelling Tent. Return to this page to learn more about the storytelling event. The storytelling even is for the entire family.
The Storytelling Tent will be a day long event, from 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, April 5 on the Plaza in Mesilla.
