Voces: An Altar of Stories is a powerful literary magazine that features works by writers who participated in the Emerging Voices Program of the Border Book Festival. The Emerging Voices Program, at the heart of the Border Book Festival, gives voice to our youth and community members who might not otherwise have an opportunity to explore their stories and experiences in writing.
