GENERAL TOUR INFORMATION

tour guide?    Bob Duffey leads and handles all the tours personally. Along with being a lifetime motorcycle enthusiast, he is a certified motorcycle and ATV safety instructor. Safety isn't job one - it's the only job. That means the rides are as reliably safe as they are fun. Bob is also a very talented rider. He's been honing his riding skills around the world, and in his own back yard. Years of  local riding have given him a unique knowledge of the best street and dirt riding in Southwestern New Mexico.

location?    Las Cruces, NM, the second largest city in New Mexico, is the home site of all of Bob's tours. Southern New Mexico is a place of great beauty and contrasts. Within a few hours ride of Las Cruces, you will find deserts, national forests, lakes, canyons, mountains, technology centers, and ancient Indian villiages.

Tours cover different areas of New Mexico depending on the type, length, and season of the ride. Each one includes stops at places where American history has been made and information about the events that took place.

schedules?    Tours are available most of the year. Mountain curves in the summer and desert twists in the spring and fall provide comfortable riding over many months. Tours are available in one day increments. One, two, and three day tours are currently available. Riders should book one to two weeks in advance. This is planet Earth, so call for spontaneous availability. Custom tours for groups of six or more can be designed to suit your needs.

motorcycles / Gear?      Participants ride their own motorcycles. This ensures that you know your vehicle as well as is possible. Remember, this will be unfamiliar territory; an unfamiliar mount has its own issues. Often, these issues are the result of mishandling by the previous rider. Do you know when your motorcycle's oil was last changed? Do you know when my motorcycle's oil was last changed? Helmets - DOT approved, gloves, and sturdy footwear are required for all tour participants. Long sleeves and sunscreen are strongly recommended.

Accommadations / Meals?     Meals and overnight accommadations are designed to showcase the Southwestern flair of New Mexico. A list of hotels is provided for customers to make their arrangements. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are coordinated with the particular tour.

cost?    Riders $95 per day. Passengers $45 per day. Passengers 12 years old or younger $25 are just per day. The tours are designed to be enjoyed while you're alive, not saved up for 'someday' and then missed all together.
