Lower the opacity of this layer to 50 |

New Vector  Layer:
tail 1
Click on the + next to tails
Click on one of the freehands and drag it to the new
layer
Convert each to Raster Layers
Select one of the tail layers

Angle: 240°
Blur: 50
Density: 16
Length: 20
Width: 3
Transparancy: 98
Color/Colorize
Hue: 252
Saturation: 246 |

Right Click/ Convert to Raster Layer
Selections/Select all
Selections/Float
Effects/3D Effects/Cutout
Both Offsets: 0
Opacity: 75
Blur: 5
Decorate as desired
I used a tube from Jazzl
which I recolored
I then applied Janna's
Milk Glass effect
I then went back and applied this effect to the tails

The Spokes |

Layer Palette
Click on layer: spokes
New Vector Layer: spoke 1
Click on the + next to spokes
Click on one of the Drawing's and drag it to the new
layer
Repeat for each spoke
Layer Palette
Click on one of the layers
Right Click/Convert to Raster Layer
Now just click on the next spoke layer and hit CTRL +
Y
This repeats the action
Add a cutout to each spoke
Both Offsets: 0
Opacity: 75
Blur: 8
Shadow color: #572311 |
