This tutorial was done with PSP9   
but could be done with version 8 or higher.

All of my tutorials are written following the steps I used to make my graphic.   
It is my hope that you will take what I provide 
and do your own thing with it. 

YOU WILL NEED

STEPS - These are the steps I used.

1.

Lets Begin

New Image: 350x350
File/Save As: card.pspimage

2.

 The Background

Foreground Color: #af9771

Flood Fill the image

Adjust/ Add/Remove Noise/ Add Noise
Gaussian
20%
Monochrome: Checked
OK

Adjust/ Softness/ Soften
Adjust/ Brightness and Contrast/ Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: -15
Contrast: 0

3.

 Some Deco

Open and minimize LF_Gold-002

Foreground Style: Pattern
Pattern LF_gold-002
Angle: 0
Scale: 100

Background Style: NULL

Paint Brush [B]

Brush Tip: +Square 25
Size: 25
Hardness: 50
Step: 200
Density: 100
Thickness: 1
Rotation: 0
Opacity: 100

New Raster Layer
Turn off Raster 1 for now

Use the grid to line up my brush
Place the cursor near the left side and click once
Move the cursor to the right side and line it up with the grid
Hold down the Shift Key and click once

Paint Brush [B]
Change size to: 15
Repeat the above steps to place another line
almost halfway down the image

Layers/ Duplicate
Layers/ Duplicate
Merge these three layers

Turn Raster 1 back on

Effects/ 3D Effects/ Drop Shadow
Offsets: 1
Opacity: 50
Blur: 1
Color: Black

 Add Text

Click the Swap Materials Arrow

Text Tool
Create as: Vector
Font: Ambages
Size: 36

Type Thank You
Apply
Objects/ Align/ Horiz. Center in Canvas
Layers/ Convert to Raster Layer

Layers Duplicate
Layers/ Merge/ Merge Down

Effects/ 3D Effects/ Drop Shadow
Repeat the Drop Shadow

5.

 Add An Image

Open LF_RedCurrant
Edit/ Copy [Ctrl+C]

Back to the card
Edit/ Paste/ Paste as New Layer [Ctrl+L]

Effects/ 3D Effects/ Drop Shadow
Image/ Rotate/ Free Rotate [Ctrl+R]
Direction: Right
Free: 25.00

Use the Move Tool to move the image where you want it

Sign the card and you are done
