CLOUDCROFT ART WORKSHOPS REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
To reserve your place in a workshop, complete, sign and return the CAW Enrollment Form with payment for the following:
1. A non-refundable $50.00 Registration Fee paid only once during the 2008 workshop season, and
2. A Workshop Fee Deposit of $100.00 per workshop, the balance of the Workshop Fee is due before the workshop begins.Upon receipt of your Enrollment Form, Registration Fee, and Workshop Fee Deposit, a copy of your instructor’s recommended Supply List will be sent to you along with a confirmation of your registration.
Registration may also be made by telephoning (575) 682-1261 or cell (512) 417-3147, using MasterCard® or VISA®. Providing your credit card number for telephone enrollment confirms your understanding and agreement to all of the following policies.
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
Registrations for which the Workshop Fee and Registration Fee have been paid in full at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the workshop will qualify for a 10% discount from the Workshop Fee. This discount does not apply to the $50.00 Registration Fee.
STUDENT CANCELLATION Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the registered workshop will be refunded for the full amount of the Workshop Fee paid. The $50.00 Registration Fee will not be refunded for Student Cancellations. Cancellation notification may be telephoned to (575)682-1261 or (512)417-3147, or sent by email to CloudcroftArt@zianet.com.Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the registered workshop will not be refunded, credited, or transferred for any reason, including illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control. This applies to all Workshop Fees whether fully or partially paid at the time the student cancels.
TRANSFERS
Transfers may be made up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the initially registered workshop. Transfers requested less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the initial workshop will be treated the same as a Student Cancellation. That means all Workshop Fees, whether fully or partially paid at the time of the transfer request will be forfeited and the student will be required to pay the full amount of Workshop Fees for the second requested workshop.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION
In the event that CAW cancels a workshop, students registered for that workshop at the time of cancellation will receive a full refund of all monies paid for Workshop Fees and the $50.00 Registration Fee. CAW is not responsible for any non-refundable travel arrangements, deposits or out-of-pocket expenses incurred by our students. Students are urged to purchase refundable airline tickets in case of workshop cancellations or other unforeseen changes.

An Open House will be held for students and guests on the Sunday preceding each workshop from 6-7 p.m. in the Red Brick School Building (site of the workshops). Students may bring and set up their supplies at that time.
A Potluck Dinner will be hosted by CAW for students and guests on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.
