 Southern New Mexico Common Cause

Annual Membership Meeting

 This is a time as never before in recent history that citizen participation is needed to revitalize our embattled democracy.  Come to the Common Cause Annual luncheon to learn and discuss how “You have the Power” to bring about change.

 Featured Speakers:

Bill McCamley - Newly elected Chairman of the Dona Ana County Commission;  B.S. in Government, NMSU;  M.S. in Public Policy, Harvard University;  experienced in consensus building and NM state level political action; currently the Executive Director of the NM Rural Economic Development Response Council.

 Matt Brix - Executive Director of NM Common Cause; B.A. in Political Science, St. John’s University;  M.A. in Political Science, UNM;  experienced political action researcher and lobbyist;  serves as the Chair of the state coalition, New Mexicans for Campaign Reform.

             Speakers’ Topic:       “How Open is Our Government”
