Budget Pay Program


Welcome to our budget billing family of friends where we make your propane bill fit your budget. Are you tired of high winter gas bills? Now, you can pay one low fixed monthly rate and take the worry out of paying your propane fuel bill.
Here's how it works:
1.) Call your local office between April 1st and August 25th and tell them you would like to take advantage of our fixed monthly payment plan. They will figure you exact payment amount. The earlier in the year you call, the lower your payment.
2.) Sign the "Budget Billing Contract".
You will begin receiving a monthly statement showing the amount of your monthly payment which is due by the 10th of each month.

Conditions


A. You must have been a customer for at least 1 year to qualify for our budget payment plan and have an approved charge account.
B. Your payment only covers propane usage and does not take care of any other items such as parts, labor, appliances, ect. that you may purchase in additions to your propane purchases. The separate items must be paid as net 15 days past due 30 days.
C. Your payment amount is base on your last 12 month history of propane usage and is only an estimate of your next 12 month usage. In July of each year, your actual usage will be analyzed and your payment may change. It may go up or down depending on your actual usage. You must not have a past due balance by June 30th of each year to renew budget contract.
D. The company has the right to keep your propane tank full and to fill to its maximum capacity at its option. The company will not be held liable for your tank running out of propane.
E. Failure to make monthly payment when due will result in the cancellation of the budget billing contract and the entire balance on account is immediately due and payable in full.
F. In the event you move or voluntarily cancel our delivery service, any unpaid balance is due and payable immediately.
