Q: Cannot access PayPal after entering your account number?
A: You may need to add Paypal to the Trusted Sites in your browser.
In Internet Explorer click on ' Tools ' at the top of page and choose ' Internet Options '.
Then click on the "Security" tab.
Then click on the Trusted Sites icon.
Click on the Sites... ‘ button'.
Type https://www.paypal.com and click on the Add 'button'.
Click OK.
You should now be able to make the payment.
