a twenty-five mile radius; retired teachers/school employees of the aforesaid districts or
any other district but now residing in Carlsbad NM and its immediate environs within
twenty-five miles; employees of this credit union; members of the immediate families
of such persons; immediate families being defined as any relative by blood or marriage,
