Sergeant Garrett Castaneda | |

| Sergeant Garrett Castaneda has been employed with the New Mexico State University Police Dept. as an officer since 2001. He has been a member of the Special Response Team since August 2003. Sgt. Castaneda is a graduate of the DASO Basic SRT school and the DASO Advanced SWAT/SRT school. He is a patrol shift supervisor and a field training officer, and formerly a Sergeant in the Marine Corps. |
