| Deputy Tim Girard was selected for the team in December of 2002 and has graduated from DASO's Basic and Advanced SWAT/SRT Schools. Deputy Girard is currently an Assistant Team Leader on the SRT and one of the team's TASER Instructors. Deputy Girard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University and is currently assigned to DASO's Patrol Division as a field training officer and is a C.I.T. (Crisis Intervention Team) Officer. |
