Privacy Policy -
Daystar, Inc. offers safe shopping with secure SSL-encrypted communications. We make every effort to keep customer information private. We do not sell or provide customer information to anyone. We do not archive credit card information.
We accept credit card purchases of the Daystar solar meter. We attempt to keep these solar meters in stock and will ship small quantities within two business days. Contact Daystar for a quote on large quantities of solar meters. Returns -
Daystar shall be contacted before any products are returned under warranty or for non-warranty repair or calibration. Daystar is not responsible for damage during transport. The customer should arrange with the shipper if coverage is desired. Errors and Omissions - Daystar tries to ensure accuracy of any information presented on our Website. However, technical inaccuracies or typographical errors may occur but they do not bind Daystar to price, specification, or warranty. Non-U.S. Buyers - Daystar must follow U.S. Commerce Department Regulations and State Department restrictions when exporting our equipment. However, we do not believe any of our products are on a "restricted list." Our products have been sold to customers in over 55 countries. Please contact Daystar if you have concerns about importation of our products.
Customer Acknowledgment -
Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by placing an order to purchase a Daystar Product. Purchase Price - Prices listed on the Daystar website are subject to change without notice. Prices for Daystar Tracers and Multi-Tracers are informational only - contact Daystar for a quote with exact price, terms and estimated delivery. Our normal terms are payment before shipment, unless other terms are listed in a quote from Daystar. For exports, Daystar shall not be liable for taxes, fees, or customs charges in the destination country.
Shipping -
Unless negotiated in advance, Daystar will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier. However, such costs are the responsibility of the customer. Risk of loss is upon Customer once Daystar delivers the Product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and Daystar shall not be liable for delays. BackOrder Policy - Daystar will notify the customer and provide a projected date of shipment if we cannot ship your solar meter within 5 business days. The customer will be given the option of delayed shipment or to cancel the order and receive a full refund. A projected ship date will be part of the quote and order confirmation for purchases of Daystar Tracers and Multi-Tracers. |
