Payments can be made by credit card, check/money order. For credit card payment information, please see below. Checks or money orders should be in US Dollars and be made payable to Diane Gremillion. To use this method, please click here to complete the "order form." For house portraits, please click here. If you are ordering a people or pet portrait, please click here. Please print out the form, fill in the details, and send it to the below address with your payment. We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail.
Credit Card Payment
Credit card payments for all artwork are handled by our authorized online retailer CCNow. CCNow accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. To order by credit card, please visit the Gallery and click on "Add to Cart" next to the artwork which will transfer you to the CCNow shopping cart system. The shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on your browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. After pressing the Checkout button, you will be switched to Secure Mode in order to collect your billing and shipping information. CCNow will debit your credit card and retain your payment until we have sent your order to you. We will contact you by e-mail to confirm your order has been accepted.
All billing inquiries are dealt with by CCNow who can be contacted toll free on 1-877-CCNOW-77 (toll free for US customers only). For further information on the CCNow service, please visit the company's web site at http://www.ccnow.com.
Please note that all prices are listed in U.S. dollars. If you use a non U.S. credit card, your bank will automatically convert to your home currency based on the current exchange rate.
Shipping Information
In-stock orders are shipped within 2 weeks of receiving your check, or within 5 days for credit cards. For commissioned work, please note that delivery may take from 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the workload. All orders are shipped by the US Postal Service or UPS (whichever is cheaper for your location). We will contact you by email on when you expect to receive your order.

Return Policy
Product Returns:
- Originals, prints, and notecards must be returned within 10 days. A product may be returned for 100% refund as long as it is still in good condition.
Damaged Packages:
- Damaged packages should not be accepted by the customer. Any artwork damaged in shipping should be reported immediately and returned to the Post Office or UPS.
