President's Address

Hello all,

I don't have much to say this month, so I'll leave you with the following thought:

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming: 'WOW!! --What a Ride!!' "
- unknown

Until next time,
Cheryl

There are a lot of people to send flyers. Janet went over the advertising budget by $50. Judy Whitehead (Brian Owen's wife) had been working with Janet on the advertising that will be going out. NEW BUSINESS: Our club had been approached by the Rio Grande Dog Obedience Club who want to put on an agility match (fun or B) with Brian Owen judging about lending them our agility equipment for the match and splitting the profits. Will this be a sanctioned match or a fun match? Are we going to use our trial or our class equipment? Discussion tabled for more information.

The Humane Society needs someone to work with 2 people and dogs twice a week training the dogs so they are more adoptable. There were no volunteers.

Brags were made.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30.
