An Example of My Writings: Your Rights
Probably the best discussion of man and government I have found
I am still trying to locate people who are serious students of
the US Constitution and who would like to actively interact with
others who study our founding documents.

General Principles of Constitutional Law in the United States of
America Thomas M. Cooley 3rd edition, 1899 Out of print. Possibly available through book locators. Hope to have it available soon for downloading. There is a 4th edition but this was written 35 years after Cooley's death and is thus debatable as a Cooley exposition. The 4th edition is likely filled with 20th century revisionism and must be regarded with suspicion. |
