Gueuze
It's not just for breakfast anymore!
What is it? It's a blended lambic. Definitely an acquired taste. I acquired it in the second sip. I asked the knowledgeable chap in the beer store (sorry, can't remember the name, it's behind the Bourse on Rue au Beurre next to the Leonidas chocolate store) for the most interesting tasting lambic he had. He immediately went to the Mort Subite. Apparently, this style is known as Brussels Champagne.
