The Founders' fear and apprehension of a centralized, runaway, all powerful government was well founded. Their worst nightmare has actually come true. Not that they didn't warn us again and again. Immediately after the signing of our precious Document, Ben Franklin said, "...you have a Republic, if you can keep it." Our Founders were blessed with a wisdom that is rarely seen today. Personl experience is a thorough teacher, and they had "been there, done that." Here's another quote or two:

ANDREW JACKSON:
"The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance; which condition if he break, servitude is at once the consequence of his crime and the punishment of his guilt."

"There are no necessary evils in government. It's evils exist only in its abuses..."

JOHN ADAMS:
"There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with the power to endanger the public liberty."

Our liberty is in more danger today than it has been since the Revolution. The "Executive Order" is the "coup de grace" for freedom as our founders had invisioned it. Clinton's executive order EO 12919, June 3, 1994, is the compilation of all previous EO's from 1939 to 1991. He put "all of the eggs in one basket" allowing him to issue only one order to execute them all. Keep in mind that although many Presidents have used the executive order it is not strictly constitutional. The Presidential EO circumvents congressional legislative authority, but becomes law by merely publishing it in the federal registry. EO 12919 purveys to the Chief Executive, power unparalleled in our history. If Congress had even a semblance of courage it could put a stop to activity like this. But I guess old Tom Jefferson was correct about those who seek office. "Offices...and whenever a man has cast a longing eye on them, a rottenness begins in his conduct."

Let's take a look at the rottenness of which EO 12919 is composed:

EO 10990...Government control of all transportation, highways and seaports. If it moves they'll control it.

EO 10995...Expropriate the communications media, ie. the air waves. Ham Radio operators, this means you too.

EO 10997...All power sources under government authority. This includes: petroleum, electrical power, gas, fuels and minerals.

EO 10998...Government domination of all farms and food sources. There's also a clause in the "Omnibus Crime Bill" that forbids citizens to store more than a 30 day supply of food. How can you fight or protest if you're starving?

EO 11000...Directs government mobilization and management of civilian work forces. A parallel authority for induction of labor is the "Defense Production Act of 1950". Citizens may be forced to work without regard to pay.

EO 11001...Officiate all education, health and welfare.

EO 11002...The Postmaster General appointed to establish a national registration of all individuals.

EO 11003...Airports and aircraft, including commercial, placed under government dominion.

EO 11004...Allows the HFA to abandon and relocate whole communities, found new population sites, erect housing using public funds. Between EO 11000, 11004 and other authorities, familys could be split up with some going to involuntary work camps.

EO 11005...Allows government take over of public storage facilities, inland navigatable waters, and railroads.

EO 11051...Establishes authority to execute all EO's in times international strain, and financial or economic distress.

EO 11310...The Department of justice receives the authority to enforce the plans enumerated in all of the EO's, control of all aliens, initiate an industrial support base, merging of the judicial and legislative, prisons under government control.

EO 11049...Consolidates many other EO's and outlines the function of federal agencies and departments under an emergency.

EO 11921...This one should make you shiver. If the President declares an emergency, Congress has no power to intervene for 6 months. Sets the FEPA as the control over production and distribution of: wages, salaries, energy sources, credit and flow of money in an ambiguous emergency.

EO 12148...Establishes FEMA in concert with Defense Department for defense planning and funding. Although FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) is only touted as a humanitarian agency, giving aid to victims of tragedy, a major part of their personnel are LEO's (Law Enforcement Officers). Most all of their budget has been spent on the building and supplying of secret underground facilities. To be occupied by government officals for the continuity of government during an emergency. Only 6 percent of their budget has been spent on the intended purpose; national emergencies.

EO 12656...National Security Council appointed to assess emergency powers. This means limitless powers for intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens. Individual mobility or movement would be restricted and groups of civilians could be isolated. The National Guard would become "federal" and charged with sealing all borders and controling U.S. airspace and ports of entry.

Spooky isn't it? Im not finished! Under the "violent Crime Control Act" of '91, the President could invoke an "emergency" because of a "drug crisis".

EO 12919 (that consolidated all other EO's) endows FEMA with limitless power over EVERYTHING. Former FEMA minon General Frank Salzedo said that FEMA's role is "prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crises." Therefore; free speech, peaceable assembly, free press, right to redress of grievances are going, going, GONE! FEMA's Controlled Conflict Operations office is buried underground in bedrock beneath Mount Weather in Virginia and "Greenbrier" is in West Virginia. These sites ARE NOT in FEMA's published budget.

So what does all this info imply? The product of all the executive orders, together with the powers acts, resolutions, directive decisions and things we have yet to learn about, is a SHADOW GOVERNMENT. A government within a government. It is hidden, sinister, covert, and only recognizes the Constitution if it befits the needs of those in power. We used to worry that a President might push the RED button and start a nuclear holocost. Now, the power of the RED button is aimed at us. Under a government with this kind of power, not even the "Posse Comatatus Act" (that's suppose to protect us from the use of military force on civilians) would afford us protection.
