The Desert Cruisers is a group of retired people (but still going “full blast”) singles and couples, who meet for fellowship at noon on the 4^th Monday of each month in Watkins Hall. After a potluck lunch, a variety of interesting programs have been presented in 2002. These included: “Older Adult Ministry: Video on Bill Crosby; Words from Gus Schmitt; “Building the Flag”; and “The Cup Bearer” by Carl Shuster.

 Membership is open to all. The dues are $2.00 per person a year. With a free-will offering, combined with dues, we provide funds for different organizations.

 The officers for 2002 are as follows:
