Session Committee: EVANGELISM

Members: Chairperson, Elder Don Rubart; Elder John Hansaker; Deacon Robert Aikin.

The Evangelism Committee accomplished the following tasks this year:

1. Weekly Advertising in the Las Cruces Sun-News
2. Special newspaper advertising for the Easter and Christmas Season
3. Telephone Yellow Page Advertising
4. Church listing in the Weekly Bulletin
5. Special Easter and Christmas printed invitations for church visitors
6. Special church advertising in the Annual Las Cruces Convention Bureau, Visitors Guide and the Las Cruces city map
7. During the year members of the Evangelism Committee reviewed several proposals on how to contact newcomers to our community.

I want to thank the members of my committee for their fine work. Also, the support received from Session members and church staff was appreciated.
