 *The committee raised items 1& 2 to a very high priority. A starting point was established. (Bob Paul and Charley Yaryan were assigned to start needed study activities immediately)

·        Clean the stand-alone burner in Watkins Hall kitchen (Completed , CharleyYaryan)

·        Repair the doorbell circuit, Jones Hall (Completed. Bob Paul)

·        The stall latch in women’s Rest Room needs repair, replacement, Jones hall (In process, Bob Paul)

·        Toilet paper dispensers, Watkins Must assess situation, needs (Charley and Austin Breck)

·        Additional Signs for Spanish speaking Church - two small auxiliary)  (Bill Brady, Bob Paul)

 Intermediate Range Projects  – In Progress

·        Lenses and tubes for lights in Jones Hall (Charley Yaryan)

·        Handbook for use with Children’s Garden management (Bob Paul)

·        Complete refurbishment of candle holders, pews (Not assigned yet)

·        Additional signs (small) for Spanish speaking church (Bob Paul and Bill Brady)

 Do Now

·        Complete the 2009 B&G budget (Completed, approved and submitted to Administration Ministry team)

·        Reconstruct sign in front of sanctuary. It was decided to put this on hold until further study of the signage requirements are completed (See item: longer range projects-electronic sign, above).

 New Business

Sanctuary issues were noted.

·        Sound coming across the pulpit area from the choir seems distorted. We need to determine how we might improve the acoustics in this area. (Bill Brady and Bob Paul. Consult also with Barry Prahl and Carlton Conner)

·        Need at least spot carpet repairs in the sanctuary. Set up schedule for cleaning.

·        Bird droppings, sidewalk at the SE corner of Jones Hall, comprise a mess to walk through pretty much the year around. They may be a health hazard as well.  Several possible solutions were discussed. (Ralph Miller and Austin Breck))
