MEETING MINUTES 

BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS MINISTRY

Minutes –

This meeting was opened with prayer at 7:05 PM, Tuesday, November 10, 2009.

 Present:  Bill Brady, Ralph Miller, Austin Breck, and Charlie Yaryan.

 Excused:  Bob Paul

 The committee discussed prioritizing the project proposed by the Deacons, to obtain a van capable of transporting a disabled person in a wheel chair and the electronic sign being investigated by B & G.  Unanimously, we feel both should be done and funded.

 A discussion of methods to finance both produced a couple of innovative ideas. 

 Bill Brady was asked to develop alternate plans to improve the grass within the quadrangle and yard and to present them to B & G in December.

 We discussed activities required to support our planned workday, Saturday, November 21, 2009.  Charlie and Ralph will coordinate for B & G.

 We adjourned with prayer at 7:55 PM, asking God to assist us in the quick return of our fearless leader, Bob Paul.

 NO action items for Session.
