Minutes - DECEMBER 8, 2009

 Present:  Bill Brady, Austin Breck, Charlie Yaryan

Excused:  Ralph Miller, Bob Paul

 Our meeting began late as a result of the planned budget meeting called by Carl Connor.

 Bill Brady presented three options to provide improved grass in the quadrangle courtyard.  Two options were using sod and the third was to prep the soil and re-seed.

 Discussion followed concerning the large mulberry trees in the courtyard.  Discussions and cost estimates had been obtained by Bill Brady, at the request of the Committee to remove two of the large trees the ones at the northeast and at the southeast corners of the courtyard.  These trees are causing problems with their large roots and providing so much shade that grass will not grow.

 The Committee voted unanimously to remove both trees and to remove the stumps below ground level.

 Also, we voted to re-seed, as the cost for sod was too expensive and requires too much ground work.

 We closed with prayer at 7:55 PM
