Introducing Linda!!
We have a new church secretary!
Linda DuBois began work in our church office on July 10. Her enthusiasm for the job and quiet, gentle greetings of our members as well as her excellent ability to juggle the myriad tasks in the office have made her a valuable team member already.
Linda is a life-long resident of Las Cruces, a mother of three, a grandmother, and active in the St. Genevieve Parish. Many people may have met Linda at her last employment at CareMed. She will be gone from the office next week to celebrate her marriage to Raymond Ramirez on August 2. After August 7, call her Linda Ramirez and stop in the office to welcome her!

New Plans
for Disciples'
Avenue
Work is needed in our educational space!! There are exciting new plans for our Workshop/Rotation - Disciple's Avenue. We are painting The Temple, re-doing the kindergarten room, decorating a Game Arcade, and want to start the Computer Lab. Can you help? This is a big task for 2-3 women to do alone! Please call the church office to volunteer. Thanks!

Support by this congregation of the many fundraisers last year made these events possible for everyone. Generous giving provided additional monetary scholarships for 14 kids. Thanks bunches!
Once again, the Daniels and the Prahls generously sacrificed vacation time to volunteer for these events! Matt Holt, Jacque Parks, Randy Farmer and Charlie Yaryan also spent a week helping Sue Spencer and John Poling lead the mission workteam in building a house in Cuidad Juarez. Many thanks for your time and energy!!
