Annual Congregational Meeting
Sunday, February 7, 1999
at 12:30 following the Spaghetti Lunch
Prepared and served by Mid-School Youth
Donations will be used for summer camps.
Our Annual Meeting serves as both an annual checkup on our ministry together and a reunion of friends. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the reports of the various Session committees, to review the 1999 budget, and to act upon the Pastors terms of call. Bill McMillan, our new choir director, will lead some singing and teach us new worship responses. The choir really enjoys Bills teaching, so come and see what makes them so excited! Plan to attend and celebrate our work in this community and beyond for Jesus Christ.
Our congregation has many opportunities for worship, study, and service during this season of our liturgical year. You are invited to join individually and corporately in the activities described in this issue. Let this time refresh you as you seek to follow Jesus Christ more closely.

Per Capita Apportionment
Every church in the Presbyterian Church (USA) is apportioned a share of the expenses of the presbytery, the synod, and the General Assembly for ecclesiastical purposes. The apportionment is based on church membership. The amount varies with the needs of these entities and is a regular annual expense payable by our church. The amount to be paid this year per communicant member is $18.00. Offering envelopes for this purpose are in the sanctuary pews.
