Meeting opened at 7:00 p.m. with prayer.                                                               

The minutes from last month were approved. The budget discussion was moved to new business.                                                                                                         

Old business: The Pedals, Pipes, and Pizza program was discussed. The program is scheduled for February, 2009. Kelly has composed a letter to church choirs in Las Cruces inviting them to participate in the clinic in conjunction with the program. Snacks will be served at the clinic on Saturday morning and lunch will be provided for the clinician and choir directors.                      

New Business: The budget was reviewed and a proposal for 2009 was completed.                     

A meeting was proposed with Jerry Grandle and Valley Sound to set goals for improving the sound system in the sanctuary.                                                           

The meeting was adjourned  with prayer at 8:10 p.m.
