 The meeting opened at 7:00 PM with Florence presenting a meditation looking at the Good Will of All People.

 There were no changes, so June 9 minutes remain as distributed.  On the budget report there is no line item for Worship Pianist.   This and other allocation of budget items are to be reviewed.       

 Communion was served to 214 at the July 5 service.  In addition Rev Story served 11 participants on the youth mission field trip. 

 Choir Director position open announcement has been posted on our church and Presbytery web sites and at NMSU and UTEP music departments.  At this time five application have been received. 

 The “backpack activity for kids” announced in the bulletin will impact Young Disciples schedule.  No Good News Time leader will be needed that day (August 16).  It was discussed that all church teams need to keep Music & Worship advised of events that change an order of service. 

 Pulpit supply during Rev Norm’s vacation will be Rev Richard Schlater on July 26 and Rev Al Kissling on August 2. 

 Volunteers are needed to assist with Sanctuary decorations.  An announcement will be placed in church communications.
