POLLING OF SESSION via E-Mail

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2008

 

 

The session was polled on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 by E-mail. The purpose of the polling was to receive session approval to call a Congregational meeting on October 12, 2008 to receive the nominating committee’s report on Church Officer’s Class of 2011, accept nominations from the floor, hold the election, and then elect four nominating committee members from the congregation. This provides the necessary notices to the Church membership prior to the Congregational meeting. The date of October 12, 2008 was previously approved dependent upon the Nominating Committee having a full slate of nominees.

 

A quorum of Elders responded and voted to call the Congregational meeting on Sunday, October 12, 2008 immediately following the Church service.
