Presbyterian Women

The Presbyterian Women (PW) meet at 10:30 a.m. the first Thursday of each month except for the summer months. After Bible study they have lunch together. In order to include those women who are working, they also meet on one Saturday each month (date changes with people's schedule) where they have lunch and a program (usually an outside speaker).

The PW also have several mission activities throughout the year, which include both offerings of their time and their treasure. These include financial contributions to Project VIDA, COPE, and Sierra Blanca Presbytery. They also include the making of bandages for overseas hospitals, donating and wrapping of gifts for CASA children, and serving in the Community Soup Kitchen.

Current officers are: Terry Pierce, chair; Joyce Brown, vice-chair; Barbara Camp, secretary; Alic Miller, treasurer.
