We offer four varieties of chile: mild, medium, hot, and Big Jim . All of these are hand-picked, and boxed with care.

| Big Jim: | The perfect chile for chile rellenos! The thick meat and enormous size of this chile makes a favorite of New Mexicans. But watch it, we have no way of measuring the heat until you bite into the chile. |
