• History: FYI Unlimited was established in February, 1994 in Tucson, Arizona. The company initially offered research and information retrieval services pertaining to print and electronic resources. In January, 1997, the company relocated to Deming, New Mexico. Today, FYI offers a complete line of business development, marketing, and research services and products.
  
  
• Principals: Bob Harrell, a native of New Mexico, has over 20 years in management and supervision in manufacturing, retailing, distribution, purchasing, business services, and program/staff development. Mr. Harrell has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and is certified in Non-Profit Administration by the federal ACTION/VISTA agency (1977). He has been a successful entrepreneur for the past decade.
  
  Mr. Harrell holds three Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications in Windows 95 (plus Internet Explorer 3/4) and in Microsoft NT networking, a Certified Netware Administator (CNA) in Novell 4.11/Intranetware certification, a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, the CompTIA Network Plus and A+ PC Technician credentialings, and the Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) certification in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  
  Kristin Kuhlmann is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Community Health. She has 25 years experience in the health care field. Ms. Kuhlmann currently practices at the Deming Rural Health Clinic and has also practiced in Columbus, New Mexico. She has been a Medical Assistant instructor in the past. She is currently developing a seminar curriculum for continuing education credits in the nursing and advanced nursing fields.
  
  
• Service Profile: FYI Unlimited was established to serve primarily small and medium–size businesses, SOHO entrepreneurs, non–profit and government agencies. The company’s main objective is to provide information resources and technology support to clients—to improve their ability to determine optimal decisions relating to pertinent business and operational issues. This self–help approach was designed to address a perceived void, at a significantly reduced cost to clients, in the consulting field; notwithstanding, many of the services and products offered are consultant–related. FYI’s mission is to assist clients in optimizing their most important resource: time.
  
  The local service area for FYI Unlimited is Deming, NM. Regional service includes Silver City, Lordsburg, Columbus, Las Cruces, Hatch, Truth or Consequences, and Alamogordo in New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas. Many of the company’s offerings are now available worldwide via the Internet.
