Designer John Hill created the first of these gems to house his own personal collection of fancy hot sauces. Realizing a lack of display cabinets on the market for other such collections, Santa Clara Woodworks adapted John's 20-bottle beauty into the smaller more affordable
Calaboose Caliente. The combination of lively paint on Restoration Pine with black iron hardware (the "key" is hand forged) provides eye-catching security for cantankerous condiments.
