We haven't raised rates in 3 years, now we are lowering them at this time.  Great Value!!!

Special Rates for extended stays...just call and we'll help you with your budget.  Special rates for medical purposes if long stay.

-There are 3 guest rooms (all have private baths)
Country Room: Queen Bed, and Futon full size, Private bath just across hall.  $95+TAX

Rose Room - Queen bed, private bath ensuite.  $115+TAX

Southwest Room - King bed, private bath ensuite. $129+TAX

Meals-A Full or Continental breakfast is included with room rate
-Breakfast is served from:  8am-9:30am.  Special request for other.
-Breakfast is served in the various patios and garden settings or dining room.

-Special meals available:    Teddi does her best to accommodate most special diets.  Cannot do very restricted diets.

Policies
-No minimum stay required
-Smoking is not allowed (outside off patio only)
-Limited accommodations for guest dogs (well behaved and trained pets)  All dogs stay with owner at all times.  Your credit card will be charged for any damage.  You will be asked to sign Pet Policy at time of arrival.  
-Limitations on children staying (call first re families with small children)
-No childcare is provided
-Consumption of alcohol is permitted (We do not provide liquor. Guests may provide their own.)
-Deposit amount required (50% of entire stay required at time of deposit, by credit card, or check sent in mail. Bal on arrival. Holidays full amount as deposit and for one night stay.)
-Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 12 noon
-Cancellations 7 days in advance of arrival.  30 days in advance of arrival for major holidays and graduation to guarantee return of your deposit, less cancellation fee.
