New Mexico and Space Science
Introduction
This webpage is developed to assist educators and others with accessing
information from the Internet in relation to New Mexico and its involvement with
space science. Part of the content is devoted to the history of, places of
interest, lesson plan sites, and articles in relation to space science and space
exploration.

Classroom Integration
This site is meant to be utilized by educators in the middle school level (6-8th
grades). Others may use the site to attain access to valuable information,
however the lesson plans may need to be adapted to the desired level.
The "links for teachers" and "in the news" sections provide valuable information about the history and the development of space exploration and science. The "additional information" section provides links to lesson plans. Pictures link to Internet sites of interesting New Mexico space related places.
