I tried to follow the formatting of each poem as it appears in the original text. An exception to this is where a line of poetry was broken into two lines to fit the page margins. Also, when a poem spanned more than one page, I had to make a determination as to whether the text on the succeeding page began a new paragraph, or was part of the preceding paragraph. I hope I guessed correctly.

Some changes from the original publication have been made. These changes include: Some images have been recreated and/or cleaned up; Image placement is not exactly as in the original publication; Drop caps have been added; Other stylistic changes.
