Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts skinless and boneless
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil

Preparation:
Cut chicken into 1/2x2-inch strips.

Place oil into frying pan so that oil depth is approximately 1/4-inch and heat on medium-high setting.

Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a small shallow mixing bowl or pie plate. Dip chicken into milk and then coat with flour mixture.

Check the oil to ensure sufficient temperature. A small piece of bread place in the oil should be browned in about a minute when the oil is ready.

Place chicken into oil in a single layer. Brown on each side for about three minutes or until chicken turns a nice golden brown.

Serve with honey mustard, BBQ, or ranch style dressing.
