
Chick-Pea and Red-Pepper Dip
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz.) chick-peas, rinsed and drained
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 small clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation:
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
