
Honey-Mustard Wings
Ingredients:
1 package dry onion with chicken broth soup mix
1/2 cup honey
18 chicken wings (about 3 lbs.)
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine soup mix, honey and mustard; set aside.
Cut off wings tips and discard. Cut wings in half at joints to make 36 pieces. In large bowl, place oil and wings; toss to coat.
To grill:
On grill rack, arrange wings directly above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 30 minutes or until wings are no longer pink, turning once and brushing often with soup mixture during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
To bake:
Prepare sauce and wings as directed above, except omit oil. In large bowl, toss wings with soup mixture. In large shallow baking pan, arrange wings. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Turn wings. Bake 20 minutes more or until wings are no longer pink.
If desired, garnish with red onion and celery leaves.
